We currently have around 1,000 employees from Germany and 8 other EU countries. In connection with the integration of our foreign employees, we offer support when dealing with authorities in any form. This begins with registration in the place of residence and registration for German health and pension insurance (all social security) and also includes help when applying for other benefits to which the employee may be entitled (e.g. child benefit) or when choosing tax counselling services.
Equally, we also provide assistance when first procuring temporary living space near the workplace. Furthermore, if the employee does not have his/her own car or the opportunity to take advantage of carpooling, the option to make use of organised transport between home and the workplace is also on offer.
